This policy explains how Ancient Product ("we," "us," or "our") handles personal information in connection with this website, our print shop, customer communications, and tools used to manage our own social accounts and advertising.
Information we handle
Website visits. Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website. In providing that service, it may process technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested pages, and security-related logs. This site does not include advertising pixels, analytics scripts, contact forms, or customer accounts.
Orders and messages. If you purchase through Etsy or contact us, we may receive information you provide, including your name, contact details, messages, order details, and delivery address for physical orders. Etsy processes checkout and payment information under its own policies.
Connected business accounts. When we authorize integrations with services such as Pinterest, Instagram, or Meta, our tools may access the account identifiers, public profile information, content, boards, advertising account and campaign information, and performance statistics permitted by the granted permissions. These tools manage Ancient Product's own business accounts; this website does not offer a public social-account connection service.
How we use information
We use information to operate and secure the website; respond to messages; process and fulfill purchases; manage authorized business content and advertising; understand campaign performance; and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. We do not sell personal information or use Pinterest API data to target advertising on other platforms.
Service providers and sharing
We share information with providers where needed for the service they perform. These include Etsy for marketplace purchases, Printful for physical-order fulfillment, and Cloudflare for website delivery and security. Social platforms process information when we use their publishing, advertising, or reporting services. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect legal rights.
Providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their handling of information is described in their own privacy policies: Etsy, Printful, Cloudflare, Pinterest, and Meta.
Cookies and external links
Our website does not set marketing cookies or load third-party tracking scripts. Cloudflare may use security-related technologies as part of delivering the site. Links to Etsy, Instagram, and other external sites take you to services governed by their own policies and settings.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed for its purpose, including handling orders, support, authorized integrations, and legal obligations. Integration credentials and business records are kept outside the public website. We use reasonable safeguards to restrict access to personal information; no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, or to ask questions about our use of it. Depending on your location, applicable law may provide additional rights. We may need to verify your request and retain records where required by law.
You can manage account permissions and revoke an integration through the relevant platform's account settings. Revoking access prevents future authorized API access; you can also contact us about deletion of information already retained by our tools. Requests concerning data held independently by Etsy, Pinterest, Meta, or another provider should also be directed to that provider.
Children
Our services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us.
